THE 2nd COMMANDMENT

"You shall not make for yourself any idol, nor bow down to it or worship it."

My sweet husband, Tim gave me this idol last Saturday that I slightly worship. We were at Arrowhead mall and had split up to do our Christmas shopping for each other. I was secretly hoping that he would find himself in the new Coach Store picking me out a handbag.

He called my cell phone and told me he was having a hard time picking me out a Coach purse and would I mind if I picked it out myself? My Criss Angel mind bender had worked. I told him I suppose I could muster myself up off my comfortable, yet germ-filled mall chair and mosey on in.

The Patchwork Holiday Duffel....aaaah.

...and the spoilment of me doesn't end there, just look at these 2 presents he beautifully wrapped himself just for me.

I love Christmas.

Let us all have one more look at the glorious handbag.

Michelle, you are such a crackup : ) And what a gift you have in Tim! He actually wrapped those beautiful gifts himself??? I'm so impressed!

What would I do with such a phone call?

That is a beautiful bag. I'm quite envious.

Tim's wrapping job is amazing! It's actually comparable to my mother's, which is saying A LOT!

I've spoken with Tim and he has agreed to a polygamous situation with all of you, except for Erica.

Mike, I listened to you message last night and Tim would be honored to be your husband as well.

Ashley and Alli, I so remember your (grand)mother (my homemaker idol) teaching us retarded Mia Maids the art of gift wrapping. Her folded corners were perfection.

One can find true balance in the universe with the right handbag! That is the kind of purse that deserves it's own seat in a two-seater sportcar and it's own chair at lunch with the girls.
