Teacher O Matic

I was going through some old school papers of Griffin's, when I came across a few pages that he drew during his, I suppose, military phase. Some people called these "disturbing," I will let you judge for yourself.

This one was rendered during his "Alien Phase" Notice the human exclaiming "this is so typical I always have to kill the alien." Category: Invasion. This particular picture is one of a series of 5.

This one I saved for last because it is my favorite the "Teacher O Matic." Toxic waste is being pumped into the machine which is churning out the teachers onto a conveyor belt, being hauled by truck to school. I believe Griffin drew this one when he was stuck with an old-maid, nun, humorless, windbag teacher in 5th grade.

I love how the teachers on the belt are saying "blah blah blah". Griffin, you are a brilliant child!

This is so very Griffin. I think you should matt and frame these and hang them in your office.

That boy should have foregone the military and became a writer/illustrater/comic book creator. He IS genius & talented and there is a WHOLE lot of boys ages 6-20 that would eat that stuff up, and get them to finally have something to read that appeals to them. Disturbing? Maybe, but a boys brain is what it is, right? Can't change it, just love and embrace it.

BTW....I SERIOUSLY want you to adopt me. Will you be my mom? Mine's a LOON!!!!

The nazi sign is a little disturbing, lol. I had forgotten about these! I'm so glad you saved them! You must find his "Stupid and Nerdy" comics, starring, Stupid and Nerdy.

Oh, wonderful. If I hope to compete in the creative writing field, I think I will need lessons.
